Saturday 7th Sept	MOVE IN DAY 1 McMillan Student Village Come and meet your SU team while you’re moving in, to collect or buy your freshers’ wristbands and get your free freshers’ goodie bag packed with lots of handy information and treats! BOARD GAMES AND CHILL The Duke From: 7pm Meet your fellow freshers over a drink and a Wandercrust pizza, and really get to know them over a board game or two… Free to attend.

LATIN VIBES East Wing, King Charles Court (Music Faculty) From: 6:30pm Come and sashay down to the East Wing at KCC, for a night to remember. With live music from Trinity Laban’s resident salsa band and a Latin DJ too, let’s see those hips in action as you strut around the Peacock Room! Expect dangerous rhythms, saucy syncopation and tequilaaaaa (if you so desire)! Price on the door without a wristband: £10
Monday 9th Sept	DIRRTY DISNEY North Pole From: 8pm Beauty has had her beast, Snow White has a dwarf for every night of the week and Peter Pan has finally grown up. Forget your ball gowns for this one, we want to see your best Disney character getting down and dirrty. Cheap drinks and Shisha all night long. Price on the door without a wristband: £12
Tuesday 10th Sept	FRESHERS’ FAIR The Laban Building (Dance Faculty) 10am to 3pm A day chock full of societies, freebies, unions, contacts in the industry and naughty deals. Featuring Domino’s Pizza, Belushi’s (with Beer Pong!), Wetherspoons and more! Did we mention free stuff? Oh, and it’s free to attend. UNDER THE SEA Belushi’s From 7:30pm Come and dip your toes in the big belu-shi… see what I did there? Another night of fancy dress, with free shots on arrival, take a deep breath and dive right in! Free to attend – this one’s on us.
Wednesday 11th Sept	HANGOVER YOGA Studio 2, Laban Building 8:30-9:30am Stretch out your weary legs and beat your hangover with a yoga class to cleanse your soul. £5 – limited availability. BOAT PARTY Laban Theatre Bar Drinks Reception: 5pm Greenwich Pier Boat departs: 7pm A swanky boat party along the Thames with live music and a drinks reception beforehand. A freshers’ favourite this event has been featured for years. London may not be Miami, but attending this sophisticated event it sure will feel like it. This event has sold out for the past 5 years, so grab your ticket early! Wristband for boat party only: £30
Thursday 12th Sept	HANGOVER YOGA Studio 2, Laban Building 8:30-9:30am Stretch out your weary legs and beat your hangover with a yoga class to cleanse your soul. £5 – limited availability. SECRET TRINEMA Studio Theatre, Laban Building Doors: 7pm Film starts: 7:30pm We’re keeping this one under our hats for now, but we’ll be releasing the film a few days before to let you scrabble around in your wardrobe for an outfit. Friday 13th Sept	HIIT CLASS Studio 4, Laban Building Class 1: 8:30-9:30am Class 2: 10-11am It’s time to LIVE IT Up! This total body, fast-paced workout has been specially designed to improve balance, strength, endurance, speed and heart rate recovery. So get involved, and see the difference it can make! Free to attend – limited availability. 80s UV SILENT DISCO Now, this really demands Flashback Friday! Don’t worry if you’ve got different music taste to your new housemates, because with 3 channels of music to choose from (obviously with one dedicated to 80s bangers!), you’ll be spoilt for choice. Saturday 14th Sept	SCAVENGER HUNT Laban Building Start: 1pm The Bar Downstairs, King Charles Court Finish: 5pm What better way to familiarise yourself with your new home, campuses and friends than to explore Greenwich and potentially bag a prize or two? You will explore the myriad of backstreets, hidden gems and curious thoroughfares that Greenwich has to offer and discover some remarkable things about each one of them. You will delve into secret churchyards, trudge up the slippery slopes of several picturesque hills and discover places that you would never have dreamed could still exist! Must be in teams of 3-6! Price per person without a wristband: £2 PRE-DRINKS BEFORE VENUE The Bar Downstairs From 8pm Come and join us for a cheeky beverage before we head on down to The Venue, New Cross for a night that won’t be easily forgotten! Sunday 15th Sept	RAMP IT UP Laban Building Start: 2pm Food, games, live music and cheap drinks on the Laban green, followed by a DJ on the ramp. What else are you gonna do the day before term starts? Join in the games to win some Wandercrust vouchers! Free to attend, but bring some cash for food and the bar!

Monday 16th Sept	FRESHERS… IT’S A DRAG!: DRAG SHOW Up the Creek Comedy Club Doors: 7pm Show: 8pm Back by popular demand, Calamity Vain takes to the stage with her fabulous Vainette backing singers for a drag night you won’t forget. With special guests, and a DJ afterwards, this is a night not to miss! Oh, and don’t forget your glitter darling. Price on the door without a wristband: £12
Tuesday 17th Sept	JAZZ JAM Little Faith Taproom From: 7:30pm Whether you’re on the jazz course or not this is a great night with Trinity Laban students and alumni getting jazzy. Feel free to bring instruments and get involved. Price on the door without a wristband: £5
Wednesday 18th Sept	POSTGRADUATE COCKTAILS The Bar Downstairs, King Charles Court From: 5pm Meet your fellow Postgraduate padres. It might not be a swanky bar, but who wants to pay £11 for a cocktail? Free to attend.
Thursday 19th Sept	QUIZ NIGHT The Bar Downstairs, King Charles Court Doors: 6pm Quiz: 7pm Have you survived your first week at TL? Come test if you have any brain cells left after last week’s frivolity, because who doesn’t love to show off their useless general knowledge skills? Saturday 21st Sept	IKEA TRIP The Bar Downstairs Meet at 1pm Whether you’re coming to secure the finishing touches for you room, or if you’re just in it for the meatballs, there’ll definitely be time for a game of hide and seek or two. Or just refresh your tinder profile with some well-put together photographs inside the showrooms! CEILIDH Blackheath Halls From 7pm We’re a music and dance conservatoire, so come and enjoy the Scottish fusion of the two! This event will see you birling and twirling the night away. If you’ve never experienced a ceilidh before, it’s a must! If you are a ceilidh veteran, you know how good it will be! Sunday 29th Sept	COME AND PLAY Venue TBC Orchestra 10-12 noon Singers 12:30-2:30pm All Together 2:45-5pm Conducted by the one and only Tom Knowles, Trinity Laban Session Orchestra invites you to Come and Play: Legally Blonde! We’ll be playing through the show with our scratch ensemble. Absolutely everyone can attend, sign-up quick to ensure the part you want! Free to attend.
Saturday 26th October	OKTOBERFEST Venue TBC From: 5:30pm A first from TLSU, come and join us for Oktoberfest: the world’s largest beer celebration! Experience authentic German Food, Beer and Oompah music for what will be a night to remember! Price on the door without a wristband: £12
Wednesday 8th January	RESTART: WELCOME TO THE 20s! Blackheath Halls Time TBC Welcome to the 20s everyone – and what better way to start than with our very own Roaring Twenties Refreshers party! Think Great Gatsby. Think Peaky Blinders. Think gangster and flapper. Join us for a night of jazz, black and white movies, a game of blackjack or two at the swankiest of all the TL venues!
