This class focuses on the dancer’s connection with the floor and with others in space. Inspired by Flying Low technique (created by David Zambrano) as well as elements of Yoga and martial arts, this class will give you the tools to train how to move into and out of the floor quickly and efficiently, exploring the use of spirals and acrobatic elements in a fun, inclusive and exciting environment.
Giacomo (he/they) is a British-Italian Dance Artist and Lecturer in Dance at Trinity Laban since 2021. Alongside his performance career, he specializes in the teaching of Floorwork, Contemporary techniques and Yoga.
